Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Last updated: December 3rd 2025
1. Nature of the Service
Our platform provides an integrated agent interface for services such as delivery, shopping, stock connectivity, alerts, and AI analysis. Certain features are provided through partner financial institutions, payment gateways (PGs), and external APIs (e.g., KIWOOM, TossPayments). Additional terms or notices may apply to specific services.
2. Payment Processing and PGs
Payments for paid plans and paid features are processed via payment gateway (PG) systems that comply with applicable electronic financial transaction regulations. Card approval, installments, limits, and related matters follow the policies of the relevant card issuer and PG. We integrate and use the PG's hosted payment pages, and sensitive payment information (such as full card numbers) is encrypted and processed by the PG, not stored by us.
3. Usage Restrictions and Obligations
You must use valid payment methods in your own name and may not engage in identity theft, fraudulent payments, or abnormal usage patterns (including automated bot attempts). In accordance with KISA and PG security guidelines, transactions that appear suspicious may be temporarily blocked, require additional verification, or be cancelled without prior notice.
4. Billing and Refund Policy
4-1. Billing Basis - Paid services are offered through monthly or annual recurring subscriptions, or one-time payments. - Subscription fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the service usage period, with a month considered as 30 days and a year as 12 months. 4-2. Refund Eligibility - A full refund is available if there is no service usage history after payment and no service delivery (consultation, analysis, shipping preparation, API integration, etc.) has been initiated by us or our partners. - If service usage has partially occurred, refunds will be processed as follows: • Monthly subscription: Pro-rata refund for the remaining unused days • Annual subscription: Refund calculated by deducting the used months and days from the total amount divided by 12 months 4-3. Partial Refund Restrictions - If certain benefits exceeding a threshold have been provided (e.g., external API calls, analysis generation, consultation content provided 2 or more times), the remaining period will be refunded, but a 10% penalty fee or the cost of services already provided may be deducted. - One-time paid content (downloads, single-use analyses, etc.) is non-refundable after delivery. 4-4. Refunds Due to Company Fault - Full refunds will be provided for issues caused by payment errors, duplicate charges, or other faults attributable to us or our PG provider. - If service is interrupted for an extended period due to our fault (e.g., critical features unavailable for 24+ hours), compensation will be provided through refund or extension of the service period for the duration of unavailability.
5. Subscription Cancellation and Auto-Payment
5-1. Cancellation Method - Users may cancel their recurring subscription at any time before the next billing date through the settings page or customer support. - Auto-payment will stop immediately upon cancellation, and users may continue to use the service until the end of the already-paid subscription period. 5-2. Refund Criteria Upon Cancellation - Full cancellation is available if there is no service usage history within 24 hours of payment. - For cancellations after 24 hours, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the used period, and partial refunds may be restricted if provided benefits, API calls, or external service usage exceed certain thresholds. 5-3. Auto-Payment Failure Handling - If payment fails on the billing date due to card limit exceeded, authorization failure, etc., auto-payment may be retried up to 3 times, and service access may be restricted if payment failures persist. 5-4. Subscription Changes - When changing plans (e.g., monthly to annual), the change will take effect from the next billing date. - For mid-cycle changes, the remaining balance of the current period may be deducted or settled before the change is applied.
6. Limitation of Liability for Payments
We are not directly liable for payment errors or delays caused by outages or issues in PG systems, card issuer networks, or other factors beyond our reasonable control, but we will cooperate in good faith within the scope of applicable laws and KISA guidelines to protect users. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your intentional misconduct, negligence, or violation of these terms.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have any dispute regarding payments or refunds, you should first contact our support team so we can assist you, including by guiding you through PG or card issuer dispute procedures where necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and we comply with applicable consumer protection, electronic commerce, and electronic financial transaction regulations, as well as relevant KISA guidelines.
